Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging intact. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
To begin the process, email us at support@shopmstr.com — we’ll guide you through the steps and send you a return slip if eligible.
To request a return and refund:

To be eligible for a return:
unused and in good condition
delivered within the last 30 days
We do not accept in-person returns. For orders marked as "refused" or "returned to sender," you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect on your original payment method.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
If your order totals to $50+ or more and is being shipped within the Canada or United States, you will be eligible for free standard shipping. Additionally, during checkout, you have the option to select expedited shipping alternatives if you prefer.
